Shipping

As soon as your order has been received, we start processing your order immediately. We will prepare your order for shipping and prepare all documents in order to arrange a fast delivery process. Depending the country of destination, we will ship your order by using ground shipping or air shipping.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME: 4-7 DAYS

Despite weekly transports from Spain, it might occur that a specific product will not be in stock. This can cause a delay of around 2 to 3 days. In case of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, we will send to you the codes in order to follow your package through internet. Prices below regarding ground shipping are based on a shipment with a maximum weight of 25 kilos. In other words, whether you ship 3, 5, 10, 15 or 23 kilos, you pay the same price. That's easy! In case you have any questions, please contact us.
